| Description
It has a deep rich red colour with ripe aromas of cherries on the nose, a mouthful of fresh red fruits with a fine and silky tannic structure and a long harmonius finish. Ideally served as an accompaniment to chocolate, cheese, dessert or simply on its own.
Quinta do Noval 2004 Unfiltered LBV is a Single Vineyard LBV, made from grapes exclusively grown in Quinta do Noval's own vineyards, at the heart of the Douro valley.
A 100-point-rating by Robert M. Parker for the 1997 VINTAGE PORTS by QUINTA DO NOVAL. That is something to be proud of. This famous wine estate with top vineyard sites in the upper DOURO Valley ranks among the great wine producers of the planet. The outstanding quality level does not only apply to the excellent VINTAGE PORTS but to the whole range of products. Consequently it is not a surprise that maximum prices are paid for rarities at international auctions of Christie’s and Sotheby’s, for example the 1963 Vintage which Robert M. Parker declared a port wine legend and as "one of the greatest ports ever produced".
